Txalaparta Bar & Restaurant
The Txalaparta Bar & Restaurant (see Facebook page)you situated in the walking or tourist part of town. It's surrounded by many good restaurants and mescalerias. It is unique in many respects especially the menu presentation, the decorum and it's extensive selection of Mezcals for you to enjoy.
The Txalaparta is a very popular Mezcal bar and restaurant in Oaxaca. To me it's sad that much of the Mezcal establishments are fascinated with the occult and death when in my minds eye they should Focus on the taste and the people who enjoy it and produce it.
Apparently the card pictures on the menu were supposed to depict a mental image of that particular brand of Mezcal or agave but I big to differ.... to me most card pictures depicted anything but a positive image of that particular brand of Mezcal or agave.
