El Destilado
A small kinda outa the way little Mezcalera and eatery that's making a name for themselves in a good way. In 
appreciation for all things made from Agave including the many drink possibilities Mezcal affords. Drink Mezcal traditional or flavor it up some in a true Oaxacan manner according to various traditions and recipes developed around the nectar.
Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating and many are bilingual. When time permits I would like to give their food menu a good look and discuss those options more in detail. Had a 5 Sentidos 'say hello' sip of Tobala Mezcal and we became good friends. I feel you'll hear more about them as you explore the Mezcal trail in Oaxaca.
