The Bosscal experience adheres to tradition and adventure. Our Mezcal is selected and produced by our Mezcalero fourth generation in collaboration with the entire team of Bosscal. Together, we take a horseback ride along the mountainside in search of agave durangensis premium.
Following the methods of traditional and artisanal production, we refuse to use chemicals or alterations affecting the essence and flavor of a premium mezcal.
Bosscal is a 100% organic mezcal young created with traditional methods of distillation. It was created to be enjoyed alone. Its distinctive aroma and flavor has quickly gained preference and mezcaleros chefs alike.
This ancient beverage is produced in several municipalities in the state including, but not limited to, Tamazula, Mezquital and Nombre de Dios with various types of agave as ash (durangensis) tepemete and Castile.
